Positive: We liked the courtesy, kindness, and friendliness of the staff across the board. The facility was well-maintained, and the location is very central to the city. We had food a few times, and it was very good. One issue with the safe locker was addressed quickly.
Negative: The facility itself is quite old and shows its age. Phones in our room were not working and were not fixed even after being told twice. The wifi is very spotty and unreliable.
